Quick easy access to I65 and I70. Just twelve minutes from airport.
*Firepit function is subject to “how it’s feeling”. Post Covid, after multiple attempts, parts and repairs have been difficult to implement. If you are ok with the firepit may or may not work, you will thoroughly enjoy our outdoor seating area! If you require a 100% working firepit you should skip our rental.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE FIXED
Check IN: Any time after 3:00 pm (Strict).
Check OUT: Before 12:00 pm (Strict).
The above times are non-negotiable. This allows ample time to thoroughly clean and sanitize before and after your stay and between guests.
FREE PARKING
There are three rental units. Below is the parking provided:
☞ House: TWO cars can occupy the LEFT side of the driveway.
☞ Penthouse: TWO cars can occupy the RIGHT side of the driveway.
In driveway, it is a tight fit, so you will need make room to accommodate other guest cars.
☞ Carriage House: ONE car in front of Carriage House on Norwood Street (place parking pass on dashboard). You can use ONE additional parking pass for parking on Norwood Street. Passes are located in rental.
All guests need to honor the parking policy to ensure an excellent rental experience for each group.
☞ Additional Parking: If there is space available, guests can use ONE additional parking pass (found in your rental) to park on Norwood Street. That totals three cars max per rental.
-On Meridian, there is metered parking, which is not enforced at night.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE STAMPED CONCRETE PATIO. KEEP CARS WITHIN DRIVEWAY BOUNDARIES.
-There is a large parking lot directly behind our property that you “may” be able to use on a temporary basis. This parking lot is owned by Rolls Royce and they have the right to remove vehicles if they chose to, but in 10 years, we have never had this happen.
BOOKING FEES
How booking platforms handle booking fees varies. Some list fees separately, while others combine these fees, or may add a fee(s) to the nightly rate.

If you book via our website, your quote will show a “cleaning fee” and a “damage waiver fee”.
DAMAGE WAIVER FEE
Instead of offering/requiring you to buy trip insurance, we have a "damage waiver fee". This fee covers unintentional damage of a minor nature that might occur during your stay.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
If a Damage Deposit applies, it covers damage that might occur that is considered beyond minor.
THE VILLA ON MERIDIAN has 4 rentals:
1) Victorian House: Sleeps 14, 4 BR, 3 bath. Has access to the Penthouse, if both are rented together.
2) Penthouse: Sleeps 8. 2 BR, 3 bath.
3) Carriage House: Sleeps 8. 2 BR, 3 bath, stand-alone home.
4) This is listed as “Entire Property”. You rent all three listed above.

MISC. RULES
Read Guest Book located in rental unit.
IMPORTANT – LOCK DOORS: If you leave your rental unlocked at check-out you will forfeit of full the damage deposit. Not only is there risk of break in, we then have to have a team member visit to lock, the alarm company ADT gets involved and we get fined by the city if police visit due to a false alarm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
Guests must follow all check out procedures listed in the Guest Book, posted in the rental and emailed prior to departure.
Cleaning fee does not cover dirty dishes, collecting trash, cleaning up messes and looking for misplaced/lost items.

PARKING COURTESY
Since there are three rental units, unless you have rented all three units, you must allow for accommodation and use of the outside areas by guests of other units. If you are looking for exclusive use of the outside garden and entertainment areas, you must rent all three units.
